NovoFlex Counsel has offices in California and is a professional law corporation registered with the State Bar of California.  Any lawyer identified of "Of Counsel" to NovoFlex Counsel is neither an equity holder nor an associate of NovoFlex Counsel.  The relationship to NovoFlex Counsel is that of a "close, personal, continuous and regular relationship" as contemplated by Standard 8 promulgated under California Rule of Professional Conduct 1-400(E)(8), and otherwise complies with other applicable ethical rules, including but not limited to providing legal advice with, for, or on behalf of NovoFlex Counsel only in such jurisdictions in which any such lawyer is licensed.  The jurisdictions in which NovoFlex Counsel lawyers are licensed to practice is included on the About Us page of this Site.

These Terms of Use and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of this Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and any proceeding which may out of or in connection with this Site will be brought solely in the state court located in Orange County, California.
